CASC Player Development Pathway

Discovery Phase | U7–U8

Primary Focus: Introducing players to the game through ball familiarity, movement, and confidence.

Development Objectives

  • Comfort with the ball through repetition and play
  • Coordination, balance, and basic athletic movement
  • Introduction to simple attacking and defending concepts
  • Creativity, enjoyment, and confidence in training

Foundation Phase | U9–U10

Primary Focus: Building strong technical foundations and positive training habits.

  • Dribbling, passing, and shooting technique
  • Understanding basic roles in attack and defense

Individual Development Phase | U11–U12
