National 1 (N1) Teams

CASC’s National 1 league (formerly known as NPL)  represent the club’s highest competitive platforms currently offered.

National 1 teams are built for players who demonstrate advanced technical ability, tactical understanding, physical readiness,
and the commitment required to compete in demanding regional environments. These teams align closely with the Performance Phase of the CASC Player Development Pathway.

National 1 Team Expectations

• High-intensity, structured training environments aligned with performance standards
• Consistent competition against top regional opponents
• Elevated accountability through ongoing performance evaluation
• Emphasis on match execution, tactical discipline, and player progression within demanding game environments

Roster placement on NPL teams is earned and evaluated continuously based on performance, development trajectory,
and commitment.
