Girls Teams

CASC Girls teams compete in structured, competitive environments designed to support long-term player development and progression.

Our girls programs operate within the CASC Player Development Pathway and are aligned with consistent training standards, coaching methodology, and competitive expectations. Teams compete in platforms such as the National Premier League (NPL), SoCal Soccer League, and selected tournaments.

Girls Program Focus

  • Technical mastery and execution under pressure
  • Tactical understanding and intelligent decision-making
  • Physical preparation appropriate to age and stage
  • Psychological resilience, confidence, and competitive mentality
  • Accountability, professionalism, and consistent effort

Team placement is based on readiness and performance, with opportunities for progression as players develop.
