AS CASC is about to embark on their 25th year anniversary, they made a strong end-of-the-year spectacle of community strength on Saturday, December 6, during the 47th Annual Montrose-Glendale Christmas Parade. Over 100 players, coaches, siblings, and families marched together down Honolulu Avenue, proudly displaying red and blue CASC club gear.

A Massive Turnout and Electric Energy
The players waved to thousands of spectators along the route, and helped showcase the positive impact of youth sports in our community. The parade continues to be one of Glendale and Montrose’s most cherished holiday traditions, and CASC was honored to stand alongside so many local schools, bands, and youth groups this year. CASC’s group stood out in the festive lineup of local schools, bands, and youth organizations that define this beloved holiday tradition in Glendale and Montrose.
Spontaneous Dance Battle Steals the Show
The evening began with an unforgettable moment: a group of our youngest CASC players sparked a friendly dance battle with the Rosemont Middle School cheer team just before the parade started. Rosemont’s cheer and band performers, longtime parade favorites, joined in the fun, creating laughter and high-fives that lit up the crowd. Seeing our players and other groups laughing, dancing, and sharing that moment of fun together showed exactly what community connection is all about. This spontaneous interaction captured pure sportsmanship and joy, blending soccer spirit with cheer energy in a perfect display of local unity.
